Delete your account
The short version
Open TrueMax, tap your account, and choose Delete account. It takes effect immediately and needs nothing from us.
If you cannot reach the app, because you have uninstalled it or are locked out, email privacy@truemax.app from the address on the account and we will do it for you.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to the account, and that is a shorter list than most apps because most of TrueMax never leaves your phone in the first place:
- the account itself, and your sign-in;
- your server-side profile, your height and weight if you gave them, your daily streak and points, entitlements, feedback records, Creator League application, public creator identity and other ordinary account data;
- your subscription record. If a subscription is active, TrueMax schedules it to stop before the account is removed so it cannot renew;
- any side-profile feedback images you chose to share, which are queued for removal and deleted within 30 days.
- any generated Goal previews stored by TrueMax, which are queued for removal. The source photographs used for a preview were never stored by TrueMax. A provider may retain its request under the terms disclosed when you consented.
If a Creator League payout is still computed, approved, sending or failed, deletion pauses and tells you to contact support so the money can be resolved first. After deletion, TrueMax and Stripe may retain the minimum settlement, transfer, tax and identity-verification records required by financial law. Those records are no longer presented as an active creator profile.
What was never ours to delete
The measurement engine runs inside your browser, on your own device. Scan history and thumbnails on the device are stored locally. Delete them with the in-app history controls or by clearing TrueMax site data; deleting the app also removes its local data. These local copies are not something we can delete for you. If you chose a Goal preview, its source photographs were sent once but not stored by TrueMax; deleting the account removes the generated previews TrueMax kept. How long it takes
Deleting from inside the app is immediate. An emailed request is answered within 30 days and usually much sooner; we will confirm when it is done. Shared side-profile images are removed within 30 days either way, because they are deleted on a scheduled sweep rather than one at a time.
Why there is no form here
A page that took an email address and deleted the matching account would let anyone delete anyone's. Proving that a request came from the person who owns the account is the part that matters, so the email route is handled by a person. Write from the address on the account and it is straightforward.
